The best way it did it, not saying it is the most efficient but it worked, go to y 13 and press f3 and g at the same time, go to chunk border and go about 3 to 4 chunks, then turn right mine three blocks forward and keep doing this, should find ancient debris fairly quick, alternatively what else I do is just clear chunk by chunk from 12 to 13. Lapis is mined most efficiently at levels 7 through 10, even though there is technically more of it just below Y 0. Netherite can technically spawn anywhere from Y levels 30 and down, though it most commonly spawns around Y 15. Players will have to strip mines around this height level to find diamonds.
